Finally Google released their flagship phone Pixel 5. Some bugs in Pixel 4 have been fixed with Pixel 5 this time. This time Google trying something bit different than before. No matter how hard Google tries on its phones, they doesn't change the look of the phone at once.

GOOD SPECS:

  • High quality photos can be taken, even in the dark.
  • User friendly User Interface
  • Good battery life
BAD SPECS:
  • Image processing is slow
  • Poor sound's quality (bad speaker)

THE DESIGN OF THE PIXEL 5 IS VERY BORING

The power button colour is plain.
The speaker is at the bottom of the phone.
Pixel 5 has regular and ultrawide cameras.

Pixel 5 specifications:

Pixel 5 comes with an under-display speaker. But in this Pixel 5 Google removed some features on previous Pixel phones had like Active Edge, Soli radar and Pixel Neural Core. The pixel 5 will first hit the market in countries like U.S , U.K , Japan and Australia on October 15.

This new Pixel 5 powered by Snapdragon 765G chipset with 8 GB of LPDDR4 RAM. It has 128 GB of internal storage. This Google Pixel 5 has an IP68 6-inch OLED panel with a punch-hole design. This Pixel 5 supports  full HD+ resolution. It has a 90Hz refresh rate. When talk about protection of display, it has protected by Gorilla Glass 6. This phone comes with Android 11 OS.

When we talk about Pixel 5 camera, It has a dual-camera system on backside and 8-megapixel front camera. The phone is comes with a Li-Po 4,080mAh non-removable battery. Pixel 5 supports fast charging, wireless charging, and reverse charging. This pixel 5 phone has 5G, Wi-Fi 802.11ac, Bluetooth 5.0, GPS, NFC and USB-C.

Google Photos decided to remove free unlimited storage next year

Google photos provided unlimited cloud storage to upload our photos. It allowed us to upload high quality photos for free. But unfortunately they have decided to remove it next year. After June 1, 2021, google photos will limit their cloud space to 15gb. If you need more space you have to pay $1.99 monthly for 100Gb. The Vice President of Google Photos Shimrit Ben-Yair say “We know this is a big shift and may come as a surprise, so we wanted to let you know well in advance and give you resources to make this easier." This policy change applies only to new photos and videos uploaded after June 1, 2021. Therefore, photos and videos uploaded before June 1, 2021 do not count for your storage capacity. Google says that roughly 85 percent of Google Photo users have not used their 15GB capacity in about three years since the new policy went into effect.
